What is GovTech AI Assistant for public administration?

The GovTech AI Assistant has been co-designed by users since the beginning in order to reflect the specific needs and contexts of public administration. To this end, it is constantly being expanded with new functions that already incorporate multiple user experiences from the beta version. Feedback can be provided directly from the AI assistant in addition to surveys. There is also a community with user meetings and networking opportunities. The large amount of user-specific feedback means that improvements and innovations can be implemented quickly. For example, a regulation and legal assistant with a deep understanding of the law is to be added.

Application dashboard

The GovTech AI Assistant dashboard is clear and user-friendly. It provides orientation when you first log in and allows you to upload documents directly for further use. A knowledge database provides access to relevant documents. In the "Workbook" section, wizard functions can be provided with background information such as role and task descriptions or legal frameworks.
