Advises customers on how best to use the cloud services and supports them with the introduction/implementation.

Provides the relevant tools for cloud services (e.g. Bosh, Kubernetes, build pipelines, Ansible scripts). Works closely with the Cloud Developer.

Develops software for the provision of cloud services - currently mostly PaaS. Develops logic to put highly automated software such as a database into production together with a cloud engineer.

Responsible for the direction of a cloud service. Develops the product vision and prioritizes the addition of new functions. Is also responsible for the marketability of his product.

Provides direct user support and works closely with our internal product teams. Supports problem solving and optimizes the quality of cloud services together with development.

Of course, this does not mean that we leave new employees on their own. We hold centrally organized induction events every month, which can sometimes reach the size of 150 new starters. We also use the cozy atmosphere of our small unit to introduce "newcomers" to STACKIT's special features in a collegial and structured manner. You start with us by learning directly from and with the other team members, both professionally and personally.

Colleagues generally take a lot of time and answer questions outside of the normal working day - for example, over a good coffee in one of our tea kitchens.
