• 6:00 – 7:00 PM: From Von Neumann to Transformers: An Engineer’s Guide to What’s Actually Inside an LLM – Dr. Stefan Schimanski & Sergiusz Urbaniak open up the LLM “black box” and explain, from an engineer’s perspective, how transformers, embeddings, and backpropagation function as a novel compute architecture.
• 7:45 – 8:15 p.m.: Building a Kubernetes Cluster API Provider with Agentic AI: What Actually Changed? – Christoph Voigt shares his hands-on experience: How a complete Cluster API Provider for STACKIT was developed using Agentic AI. An honest case study offering insight into the opportunities and challenges of AI-powered platform engineering projects.
